About Up-Side Industries

Up-Side Industries was founded by Kristen Brown as a way to inspire and motivate others personally and professionally.  In all of her writing, speaking and consulting, Kristen reinforces positive thinking while examining those things that make us stronger. Her broad perspectives yet focused insights provide a framework for others so they can make positive changes to fit their own personal challenges and evolve at their own pace.
Kristen’s work inspires audiences to find the up-side in even the most difficult situations. She believes that some of the greatest opportunities for growth and transformation evolve out of the direst of circumstances. She hopes her stories and experiences can trigger this transformation in others as she influences people to explore their own lives and to analyze those things that shape their outlook on life.
